§ 33.38. STATUTORY AUTHORITY; POWERS OF COMMISSION.

Sections 33.35 through 33.39 are adopted under the authority of Conn. Gen. Stat., § 7-136, and the economic development commission shall have the powers as are provided by Conn. Gen. Stat., § 7-136, as amended.
