§ 36.66. PERSONNEL AND SERVICES AUTHORIZED BY COMMISSION.

Subject to the approval of the Mayor and the Legislative Council, the Commission may employ personnel and may contract for services in exercising the power and duties enumerated in § 36.65. The Commission shall have no authority to incur any expenses without the prior approval of the Mayor and the Legislative Council. The Commission shall have no fiscal authority.
